Returns

• You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return your glasses for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be in their original condition and include all accessories, case, and cleaning cloth.
• Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing error.

Process

2. Pack the items securely and include any forms provided by customer service.
3. Ship the package to our returns department at the address provided.
